Equator Education
This Agreement is made on {{#now "dd MMMM yyyy"}} between Equator Education. with registerd office at 100 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4000, Australia ("The College") and {{agents-agent_legal_name}}, with registered office at {{agents-address-line1}},{{agents-address-line2}},{{agents-address-line3}}, {{agents-address-state}}, {{agents-address-postcode}}, {{agents-address-country}} ("The Agent").
The College appoints the Agent to recruit and refer students to the College’s courses.
This Agreement shall commence on {{#date agent_contracts-start_date "dd/MM/yyyy"}} and remain in effect until {{#date agent_contracts-end_date "dd/MM/yyyy"}}, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 7.
• Promote the College’s programs fairly and accurately.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ensure all applications are submitted with true and complete information.
• Provide up-to-date course and fee information.
• Assess and process student applications in a timely manner.
• Pay commissions in accordance with Clause 5.
The College agrees to pay the Agent commission based on the table below:

• Commissions will be paid via Bank Transfer within three days of the student's payment.
• No commission will be paid on refunded or cancelled enrolments.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with [30] days written notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Australia.
