Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Offer
    This offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. To accept the offer, you must sign and return the attached acceptance form before the offer expiry date.
  2. Course Fees
    All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course commencement date unless an installment plan is agreed upon. Late payments may result in delays in enrollment or cancellation of the offer.
  3. Refund Policy
    • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course commencement may result in a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
    • No refund will be issued once the course has started.
  4. Course Changes
    Equator Information Technology reserves the right to modify course dates, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Students will be notified of any changes in advance.
  5. Visa and Study Requirements
    International students are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa and meeting all study requirements. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of enrollment.
  6. Code of Conduct
    Students must adhere to the schools code of conduct. Failure to do so may result in suspension or expulsion from the course, without a refund.
  7. Liability
    Equator Information Technology is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur on campus or during course-related activities.
  8. Privacy
    Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
