Welcome to the August 2024 updates! This month, we’re excited to introduce enhanced customization and flexibility for Subject and Units of Study-based courses. You can now enjoy greater control over instalment naming, along with new validations.

Prevent Commission Fees from Exceeding Course Fees
NEW VERSION 12.1.1.1
A new validation has been implemented to ensure that offers cannot be created or updated with an agent commission exceeding the course fee. This might occur when an agent commission is set with a fix value.
Customise the Display Name for Units of Study
NEW VERSION 12.1.2.0
A Display Name field has been added to the Unit of Study window in the 3.1 Programs Details > Units of Study tab, allowing users to set a more recognizable name for the Units of Study. If a Display Name is not set, the Name will automatically be used as the Display Name. Additionally, the Display Name field can be added through the Field Chooser to the following data grid headers:

New Formatting options for Instalments for Subject and Units of Study-based Courses

The format for the instalments description for Subjects and Units of Study-based courses can now be customised from Setup Configuration > Offer > Offer Item Naming.
The default formats are:

Users can set the desired format for Subject Instalments and UOS Instalments using the fields displayed in the table below.
Note that changing the format will not update the descriptions of existing instalments.
