Study Tours

Students may undertake an enrolments as a part of a group on a study tour or a group can be invoiced as a group for their specified activities.

In eBECAS/EDMISS, you are able to create groups for students that are studying at your College the same course or education program. An example of a group may be a study tour from a Japanese secondary school. You are able to provide multiple offers and create multiple group enrolments for all students in the group. Students in a group are added into eBECAS/EDMISS and are provided with one group invoice.

Study Tour Groups — Study Tour Groups are used to manage students who undertake a course or program as part of a study tour or group booking. A Study Tour Group allows multiple students to be managed together under a single group structure, supporting group-based offers, enrolments, and financial management.

Study Tour Offers — Study Tour Offers are used to create, configure, and manage offers specifically for Study Tour Groups. They act as a planning and quoting tool, allowing colleges to prepare and manage all commercial and enrolment-related arrangements for a group before confirmation.

Study Tour Enrolments — Study Tour Enrolments represent the enrolment record created when a Study Tour offer is accepted. This enrolment acts as the central record for managing the Study Tour as a group.
