Enhanced Password Policies
NEW VERSION 12.1.0.0
Enhanced Password Policies are added in eBECAS/EDMISS. This feature enables system administrators to set and enforce password rules and policies to enhance user account security.
System administrators can configure the following policies in Security Settings at Setup Configuration > Setup > Options > Security:
Minimum Password Length
Password Expiration
Password Complexity

Enhanced Security Feature

The new Enhanced Security feature has been added at Setup Configuration > Setup > Options > Security in eBECAS/EDMISS Classic. This feature provides advanced security features designed to improve overall security and provide an additional layer of protection.
Contact your system administrator to make sure the Enhanced Security feature is included in the current subscription.
Multi-factor Authentication
NEW VERSION 12.1.0.0
System Administrators can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the entire organization. Once enabled, MFA will be enforced organization-wide, requiring all users to provide an additional authentication factor when logging in.

Skip Multi-factor Authentication on Trusted Devices

When Multi-factor Authentication is enabled, system Administrators can allow users to trust devices that they regularly use to skip MFA for a period of time.

Prevent Password Reuse
NEW VERSION 12.1.0.0
To improve user account security, eBECAS/EDMISS has been updated to prevent the reuse of the current password during changes or resets.
Force Password Change Button in 10.3 User Search
NEW VERSION 12.1.0.1
Force Password Change button to force a password change for selected user has been added to 10.3 User Search. Users for whom a Force Password Change is requested will be required to change their password upon their next login.

Set Active/InActive Buttons for Bulk Products in 3.4 Fees Search
NEW VERSION 12.1.0.1
Set Active/InActive buttons have been added to 3.4 Fees Search, allowing users to activate or deactivate selected products in bulk. Users can select the desired products using the Ctrl or Shift keys, and then use the Set Active/Inactive buttons in the side menu to perform the desired action.
