Next Generation's email sending feature just got a major upgrade! Now you can whip up and tweak emails on the fly, making your messages personal and spot-on in no time.
Whether you’re crafting an email from scratch or kicking things off with an existing template, it’s all possible now. And the best part? You can personalize the email with the rich text editor.
If this was not enough, you can also attach templates to the emails (.pdf).

Diary
🔥 View the Content of the Emails Sent
NEXTGEN ONLY
You can now view the full content of emails sent from the system directly within the respective Diary Entry. Access all the details at a glance, including recipient information, subject, attachments, and the complete email content, all in one place!
You can view the email content from the Diary grid or from the Diary entry details page.
File Attachments in Dairy Entries
Users can now attach a file when creating a Diary Entry manually. The file will then be available on the entry details and on the document store.
New Layout for Diary Entries

A new layout for diary entries has been implemented. Users can now view everything, from the entry details to the attachments in one single page.
Enrolments
AVETMISS Fields Available in the Enrolment Search
The AVETMISS fields have been added to the Enrolment Search grid. You can customise the grid by adding these fields using the column chooser.
Offers
New Unallocated Commission Field in Offer Instalments Edit

A new Unallocated Commission field has been added to the Update Instalments window. When you are updating the instalments and the commission amounts manually, this field displays the difference between the course item's total commission and the sum of the commission of each instalment.
Create Request Selected by Default for Accommodation & Airport Offer Items

When users add an Accommodation or Airport Transfer Item to an offer, the Create Request option is now selected by default.
Separation of Due Date and Census Date Fields
NEW
The Due/Census Date field for Subjects and Units of Study has been split into two distinct fields: Due Date and Census Date. Previously, the same value was used for both the Census Date and Due date. This update provides greater flexibility, allowing each field to be managed independently for every Subject or Unit of Study.
Due Date: The Due Date field is used as the Payment Due Date for the subject/unit.
Census Date: The Census Date field is used as the Census Date for each subject/unit in the respective enrolments and in all TCSI Reports (eBECAS Only).
As part of this update, a new setting—Set Due Date to match Census Date—has been introduced. This setting determines whether the Due Date should automatically match the Census Date or be set independently when using any of the options available to calculate automatically the Census Dates.
By default, this setting is enabled, ensuring that Due Dates align consistently with Census Dates.

Password Expiration Reminder

When the password expiry setting is activated for your college, users will receive timely reminders to update their passwords before they expire, ensuring uninterrupted access.
Templates
New Offers Bookmarks: Offer Deposit
NEW
New template bookmarks to display the Offer Deposit have been added.
The Offers Deposit includes all the instalments with the earliest and the same due date in the offer.
Offer Deposit (Single Bookmarks): Single bookmarks summarise the offer deposit by consolidating the amount fields as the total sum of all deposit records.
Offer Deposit (Grid Bookmarks): Grid bookmarks display all the instalments of the offer deposit.
New Fees Bookmarks: Gross Fees
