Enrolment Warnings

Enrolment Warnings enable colleges to monitor and address potential issues affecting the students' enrolments.

Currently, eBECAS/EDMISS NextGen only supports viewing and deleting students' Enrolment Warnings. We are working to bring more functionality soon. In the meantime, use the Desktop app to issue the warnings.

View Enrolment Warnings

Permissions Required
  • Enrolments > Warnings > View Enrolment Warnings

  1. Go to the Enrolment Details page of interest and click on the Warnings tab.

  2. The Enrolment Warnings grid will display.

  3. (Optional) Use the Column Chooser to add or remove fields (view this article for more details: Data Grids).
    The fields available on the grid are:

    1. Category: The category of the warning.

    2. Who: User who issued the warning.

    3. When: Date/Time when the warning was issued.

    4. Current Attendance: The current attendance when the warning was issued.

    5. Overall Attendance: The overall attendance when the warning was issued.

    6. Current Study Hours: Total study hours accrued up to the issuance date of the warning.

    7. Enrol Study Hours: Total study hours for the enrolment.

    8. Total Absent Hours: Total hours absent accrued up to the issuance date of the warning.

Delete Enrolment Warnings

Permissions Required
  • Enrolments > Warnings > View Enrolment Warnings

  • Enrolments > Warnings > Delete Enrolment Warnings

  1. Go to the enrolment details page of interest and click on Warnings tab.

  2. Click on the delete button of the warning record.

  3. Confirm to delete the warning record. This cannot be undone.
