Agent's Employees

Overview

Agent employees play an important role in the efficient management of agents. By recording and overseeing their information within the system, you can designate an agent employee as the primary contact for an offer and enrolment ensuring clear communication with the correct agent employee.

View the Agent Employees

1. Go to the profile page of the agent that you want to see the employees for.

2. Go to the Employees tab.

3. The employees for that agent will display on the grid. For details about available buttons, refer to this article: Data Grids | Single Grid Composition.

Delete an Agent Employee

Deleting an agent employee is not possible. If the employee is no longer working for the agent, you can deactivate it instead.
