Objects represent entities in the system. Each object corresponds to a specific type of record and defines its own elements: Fields, Layouts and Flows.
Although many objects allow customisations, others are system protected.
Elements
-
Fields Fields (or data fields) are specific data elements within an object. They represent a single piece of information that can be captured and stored as part of a record in the database.
-
Layouts Layouts is a feature that allows users to define and customise the arrangement of elements visible on a page.
-
Flows Flows are a powerful automation tool that allows users to create and manage guided processes to streamline business operations. Flows control the sequence of steps in a process through triggers, conditions, and actions.
