Student AVETMISS & TCSI
This article provides users with guidance on managing student’s personal information for AVETMISS & TCSI.
eBECAS supports for AVETMISS and TCSI, ensures that educational institutions in Australia can efficiently manage and report student data in compliance with national standards. With eBECAS, users can easily collect and report the data in the required formats.
Furthermore, by incorporating the AVETMISS & TCSI fields as columns in the main students search grid, it is possible to view and track the AVETMISS & TCSI details for multiple students within the same screen.
The AVEMISS and TCSI functionality in the system is provided by the Equator AVETMISS App and Equator TCSI App. If you do not see the options explained in this article, contact your system administrator to make sure those apps are installed.
Tip
You can customise the Layout to only collect and display the relevant data for your institution. Contact your system administrator to create a custom layout.
Access the Student Personal Details for AVETMISS and TCSI
Go to the Student Profile page.
Click on the VET & HE tab.
You’ll see the AVETMISS & TCSI details.
Edit the Student Personal Details for AVETMISS and TCSI
Access to VET & HE tab.
Click on the Edit VET & HE button and then update the details as needed.
Click on the Save button to finish.
