The Invoice Details page offers a comprehensive view of all information related to an invoice. It includes detailed breakdowns of transactions that impact the invoice, such as payments and adjustments. This page is essential for tracking the full financial history of an invoice, ensuring transparency, and allowing for accurate reconciliation of amounts owed and paid.

Invoice Details Layout

The invoice details page has the following layout:

A. Student’s Full Name: Click to go to the Student details page
B. Invoice Information: The basic details for the invoice.
C. Actions Panel: A collection of useful features available for the invoice. Depending on permissions, the buttons available may differ.
D. Navigation Tabs: A collection of links that allows easy navigation to the invoice related data. Depending on the permissions and features available on your subscription plan, the tabs available might differ.
E. Fees Views: The invoice details with the respective financial transactions (see the Invoice Details section below).

Invoice Details

The specific details for the invoice, including the invoice items (goods or services charged on the invoice) and any related transactions, can be viewed from the Details navigation tab.

You can switch between the available views to display the details in the format that suits your needs best. Please note that only details and transactions affecting the invoice are shown in these views.
