Study Tour Group Details

The Study Tour Group Details page allows you to view and manage key information related to a specific study tour group in one place.

Details

The Details tab displays the core information of the Study Tour Group.

Here, you can view the group’s Code, Name, and Status, along with any custom notes recorded for the Study Tour Group. This section provides a quick snapshot of the group’s identity and current state.

Address

The Address tab shows the Study Tour Group’s address and contact details. This includes location-related information that may be required for coordination, logistics, or communication purposes.

Enrolments

The Enrolments tab lists all enrolments associated with the selected Study Tour Group. You can use the filter options to control which enrolments are displayed based on their status.

The available filter options are:

All: Display all the enrolments.
Current Only: Displays only the enrolments that are current as of today.
Current and Future: Displays only the enrolments that are current and future as of today.
Completed, Current and Future: Displays only the enrolments that are completed, current and future as of today.
Future Only: Displays only the enrolments that have not yet started as of today.
Completed Only: Displays only the enrolments that are completed as of today.
Cancelled Only: Displays only the enrolments that are cancelled.

Offers

The Offers tab displays all offers associated with the Study Tour Group. This allows you to review offer details and track which offers are linked to the group.

Airport

The Airport tab shows airport pickup services that have been requested for the Study Tour Group.

Accommodation

The Accommodation tab displays accommodation services that have been requested or placed for the Study Tour Group. This helps you track accommodation arrangements and their current status.

Contacts

The Contacts tab contains diary entries and any documents uploaded in relation to the Study Tour Group. This section acts as a central reference point for internal communication history and supporting documentation associated with the group.
