Managing Students

The Students menu in the Student Portal Administration allows administrators to search for students in the system and view their portal-related information.

Permissions Required
  • Utilities > Student Portal Admin Access > Students

Search Students

To access the Student Search page:

  1. Log in to Portal Administration.

  2. Go to the Main Menu > Students.

  3. You can search for students using the following fields:

    1. Student First Name

    2. Student Middle Name

    3. Student Last Name

    4. Student Number

    5. To limit results to students who are currently enrolled, enable the Enrolled Students Only option.

  4. Click on a student row to open the Student Details page.

Student Details

The Student Details page provides access to the following sections:

  1. Student Details: View the student’s basic information and update their profile photo.

  2. Update Contact Details:

    1. Update Local Phone Number

    2. Update Local Email Address

    3. Reset the Student Portal account password

  3. Overdue Fees: View the student’s current overdue status and outstanding amount.

  4. Enrolments: Displays all enrolments associated with the student.

  5. Student Documents: View documents linked to the student.

    1. Use the Upload to Document Store section to upload new documents. Enable Publish For Students to allow the student to view the document in the Student Portal.
