Agent Employees

Overview

Agent employees play an important role in the efficient management of agents. By recording and overseeing their information within the system, you can designate an agent employee as the primary contact for an offer ensuring clear communication with the correct agent employee.

View the Agent Employees

Permissions Required
  • Agents > View Agents

  • Agents > Employees > View Agent Employees

Follow these steps to

  1. Go to the profile page of the agent that you want to see the employees for.

  2. Go to the Employees tab.

  3. The employees to agent will display on the grid. The options available on the grid are:

    1. Include Inactive Employee: If selected, Active and Inactive employees will display. Otherwise, only Active employees will display.

    2. Create Employee: Click to add an employee for the agent.

    3. Refresh Grid Data: Refresh the current data grid with the latest values.

    4. Edit Employee: Edit the employee details.

Create an Agent Employee

Permissions Required
  • Agents > View Agents

  • Agents > Employees > View Agent Employees

  • Agents > Employees > Create Agent Employees

  1. Go to the Employees tab on the agent that the employee belongs to.

  2. Click on the Create button at the top right corner of the data grid.

  3. Enter the detail of the employee.

  4. Click on Save to finish.

Update an Agent Employee Details

Permissions Required
  • Agents > View Agents

  • Agents > Employees > View Agent Employees

  • Agents > Employees > Update Agent Employees

  1. Go to the Employees tab on the agent that the employee belongs to.

  2. Click on the Edit button for the employee you intend to deactivate.

  3. Update the detail of the employee as required.

  4. Click on Save to finish.

Deactivate an Agent Employee

Permissions Required
  • Agents > View Agents

  • Agents > Employees > View Agent Employees

  • Agents > Employees > Update Agent Employees

Deactivating an employee does not impact records where the employee was already selected. However, it will make the employee unavailable for new selections.

To deactivate an agent employee:

  1. Go to the Employees tab on the agent that the employee belongs to.

  2. Click on the Edit button for the employee you intend to deactivate.

  3. Change the Active option to No.

  4. Click on Save to finish.

Re-activate an Agent Employee

Permissions Required
  • Agents > View Agents

  • Agents > Employees > View Agent Employees

  • Agents > Employees > Update Agent Employees

After an agent employee is deactivated, it will not be available for new selections. To reactivate the agent employee, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the Employees tab on the agent that the employee belongs to.

  2. Select the Include inactive employees option to show all employees in the grid.

  3. Find the employee that you’d like to re-activate and click on the Edit button.

  4. Change the Active option to Yes.

Click Save to finish.


Delete an Agent Employee

Deleting an agent employee is not possible. If the employee is no longer working for the agent, you can deactivate it instead.
