D. Navigation Tabs: A collection of links that allows easy navigation to the agent employee’s related data. Depending on permissions, the tabs available might vary.
E. Agent Employee Details Form: The agent employee details. The fields and layout are based on the layout set up by your system administrator.

Messages (Emails, SMS) or Merge Documents sent to Agent Employees are stored in the Diary and Document Store of the parent Agent of the employee.
