Job Placement Officer Configuration in User Details

NEW VERSION 12.6.11.0

A new Job Placement Officer option has been added to User Details. Users with this option enabled can be assigned as the Job Placement Officer on student Job Placement entries.

Job Placement Officer and Notes in Job Placement Entries

NEW VERSION 12.6.11.0

A Job Placement Officer can now be assigned directly within each student’s Job Placement entry. In addition, a new Notes section is available to record additional information related to the entry.

Job Placement Link on Enrolments and VET & HE Results

NEW VERSION 12.6.11.0

Job Placement entries can now be linked directly to Enrolments and VET & HE Results.

In the VET & HE Results search, Job Placement fields can be added to the grid to display a related Job Placement entry for each result.

The displayed Job Placement is determined based on the following priority:

• The Job Placement linked directly to the Result

• If not available, the Job Placement linked to the Enrolment

• If not available, a Job Placement that overlaps with the Enrolment period

Insurance Number Field on Offer and Invoice Items

NEW VERSION 12.6.11.0

An Insurance Number field is now available when adding Insurance-type products to Offer Items or Invoice Items. The entered Insurance Number is recorded and can be tracked under the student’s Insurance tab in Student Details.
