🔥New Student Self Class Allocation

We're excited to introduce Student Self Class Allocation, a new optional feature designed for academic courses, particularly Higher Education.
Students can now select their preferred subjects and classes for their upcoming term directly through the Student Portal. Staff can review each student's selections, make adjustments where required, and confirm the final allocation, providing a more streamlined and collaborative allocation process while institutions retain full control over the outcome.
This feature is optional and requires additional configuration by your institution before it can be enabled. If you do not enable it, your existing enrolment and class allocation processes will continue to operate as usual.

New Faculty Configurations for Units of Study

New Units of Study configuration options have been added to Faculty Details. When enabled, Units of Study can be used for courses under the selected faculty, and Student Self Allocation settings can be configured where applicable.
Course Intake Length Applied to Offer Course Items

When adding a Course item to an Offer, if Course Intake is available for the selected course and the selected intake has a length set, the intake length will be used as the Offer Course Length.
Student Count Field Added on Offer Search

A new Student Count field has been added to 1.6 Offer Search. This field can be added to the grid and displays the number of students linked to the Offer.
Bulk Allocate/Clear Units of Study in VET & HE Results

New bulk options have been added to 1.8 VET & HE Results, allowing users to allocate or clear Units of Study for selected results in bulk. To use this functionality, the Course Code filter must be applied before selecting results.
Merge Document, Send Email/SMS in Units of Study Results

Additional actions have been added to 1.808 Units of Study Results, allowing users to merge documents, send emails, and send SMS messages directly from the search form.
Additional Fields, Custom Fields and Flexible Grid Table for Family Members

Additional fields can now be managed for Family Members through 8.121 Provider Member in the Members tab of 8.1 Accommodation Provider Details.
The following fields are now available:

Age, automatically calculated from the Date of Birth

Custom Fields, configured in Setup Configuration > Provider > Family Member Custom Fields
Flexible Grid Table is also now available for Provider Members.
New System Option for Subject Requirement

A new system option has been added to Setup Configuration > Options > VET, allowing Subject Requirement checks to be based on VET Outcome instead of the standard Result Status. When this option is enabled, a Subject Requirement will be considered met when the subject has one of the following VET Outcomes:

Student Email and Course Name Fields Added on Study Tours Reports

All Location Option for Student Classes List (Notice Board) Report

The All Location option is now available in Reports > Classes > Language > Student Classes List (Notice Board) report. When this option is selected, students from all locations will be included in the report.
New Options on Enrolment Numbers Report

New Study Tour options have been added to Reports > Student > Enrolment Numbers. The following options are now available:

Include Study Tour Offers Student Numbers
When Include Study Tour Enrolment Student Numbers is selected, the report includes student enrolments that are linked to Study Tour enrolments. When Include Study Tour Offers Student Numbers is selected, the report includes the number of students from Group Offers that have not been accepted.
New Option on Agent Commission Rates Report

A new Include Inactive Commission Rates option has been added to Reports > Agents > Agent Commission Rates. When this option is selected, inactive commission rates will be included in the report.
