Subject & Course Pre-requisites Management
NEW VERSION 12.6.5.0 NEW PERMISSION REQUIRED
A new Subject Requirements feature has been introduced, allowing you to define pre-requisite subjects that must be completed before a student can be assigned to a class.
Pre-requisites can be configured at both the Subject level and the Course level. Students cannot be assigned to classes or have their result status updated until all required pre-requisite subjects are completed.
Using the 18.1 Result Import, it is possible to override these conditions and assign students to classes even if the pre-requisites have not been met.

Multiple Enrolment Awards
NEW VERSION 12.6.5.0
A new Multiple Enrolment Awards feature has been added, allowing multiple awards to be recorded against a single enrolment.
In addition to the existing Enrolment Award (Final), multiple other awards can now be managed and merged into documents, either individually or in bulk.

New Student Gender List
NEW VERSION 12.6.5.0
New options have been added to the Gender options to better support diversity and inclusive representation when recording student information, allowing institutions to more accurately reflect individual gender identities and support respectful, flexible data entry across different cultural and organisational contexts.
The updated Gender options are now available for selection as follows:

Reports Updates
Account Manager Field Added in Agent Listing Report (12.062)
NEW VERSION 12.6.5.0 PORTAL POWER BI
The Account Manager field of Agents has been added to the Agent Listing Report (12.062). This update applies on reports across eBECAS/EDMISS Classic, the Portal, and Power BI.
Weekly Tasks Updates
Control Automatic Award Status Updates
NEW VERSION 12.6.5.0
A new option has been added under Setup Configuration > Option > VET to prevent Enrolment Award Status from being automatically updated based on Result Status during Weekly Tasks.
This option is enabled by default.
Automatic Student Portal Unregistration
NEW VERSION 12.6.5.0
A new option has been added under Setup Configuration > Option > Student to automatically unregister students from the Student Portal after their enrolment ends and a specified number of weeks has passed.
This option is disabled by default.
