Visa Arrived Date and Visa Expiry Date Fields in PRISMS Import
NEW VERSION 12.9.2.0 Australia Colleges Only
New Visa Arrived Date and Visa Expiry Date mapping fields have been added to the PRISMS Import.
Previously, Visa Effective Date and Visa End Date from the import spreadsheet were automatically mapped to these fields when creating a student's Visa record. These mappings can now be changed or left unmapped as required.
By default, Visa Arrived Date remains mapped to Visa Effective Date, and Visa Expiry Date remains mapped to Visa End Date, maintaining the existing import behaviour.
Show CoE Details with All Status on Enrolments in Period Reports

A new CoE Status field has been added to the Detail reports in 12.014 Enrolments in Period. In addition, CoE details linked to an enrolment are now included in the report regardless of the CoE status.
Tax Amount Field on Revenue by Start/Booking Report

A new Tax Amount field has been added to the 12.020 Revenue by Start/Booking Date Report .
Bed Statuses in Accommodation Requests
NEW VERSION 12.9.2.0
The following Bed statuses are now displayed and used when selecting a Bed for an Accommodation Request, providing clearer information about each Bed's availability and current booking status:

Available: The Bed is available for the accommodation period and can be selected.

Already Booked: The Bed is already assigned to another Accommodation Request for an overlapping period and cannot be selected.

Unavailable: The Bed has been marked as unavailable for the accommodation period and cannot be selected.

Tentative Booking: The Bed is temporarily reserved for another Accommodation Request for an overlapping period and cannot be selected.

This Booking: The Bed is currently assigned to the Placed Accommodation Request and is the Bed currently being used for that placement.

This Tentative: The Bed is temporarily reserved for the current accommodation request or selection.
