The Study Tour Insurance and Services tabs display the group-level insurance, accommodation, and airport transfer requests associated with a Study Tour Group.
The Insurance functionality is provided by the Equator Insurance Services App. The Accommodation and Airport Transfer functionality is provided by the Equator Accommodation and Transfer Services App..
If the relevant tabs are not available, contact your system administrator to ensure that the required Apps are installed.
Group-Level and Student-Level Requests
Insurance, accommodation, and airport transfer items added to a Study Tour Offer or Study Tour Enrolment Invoice Items can be configured to create either a group-level request or separate requests for each participating student.
The requests are created when the Study Tour Offer is accepted or when an invoice containing the relevant Invoice Item is created. The Request Option selected for the item determines how the requests are created and where they are displayed:

Group Only: Creates a single request associated with the Study Tour Group. Requests created using this option are displayed on the relevant Insurance or Services tab of the Study Tour Group.

Per Student: Creates a separate request for each student included in the Study Tour Offer or Study Tour Enrolment. These requests are associated with the individual student records and are managed from the relevant Insurance or Services tab on each student's profile. Use the Group-Level option when the service is managed for the Study Tour Group as a whole. Use the Student-Level option when the service needs to be managed separately for each student.
View Study Tour Group Insurance
To view the insurance records associated with a Study Tour Group:

Open the relevant Study Tour Group.

Go to the Insurance tab.
The grid displays the insurance records and their current details for the Study Tour Group.
View Study Tour Group Accommodation
To view the accommodation requests and placements associated with a Study Tour Group:

Open the relevant Study Tour Group.

Go to the Services tab. Locate the Accommodation section.
The grid displays the accommodation requests and placements associated with the Study Tour Group.
View Study Tour Group Airport Transfers
To view the airport transfer requests associated with a Study Tour Group:

Open the relevant Study Tour Group.

Go to the Services tab. Locate the Airport Transfer section.
The grid displays the airport transfer requests and their current details for the Study Tour Group.
