Class Details in Session Fields on Language Enrolment Search
VERSION 12.6.0.0
In 1.4 Language Enrolment Search, the Session Fields that displays assigned Class’s details such as Class Name, Class - Teacher, Class - Level, and Class - Room now show the values with the selected Date Option in the search filter as the below:
Starting: The Session Fields display the class’s details assigned in the first week of the enrolment.
Finishing: The Session Fields display the class’s details assigned in the final week of the enrolment.
Academic Award Log in Result Audit Trail

Changes on Academic Award are now logged in Result Audit Trail. Users can follow up when and what has been updated for Academic Award through Result Audit Trail. It will only be available for changes made after this update.
New Field Added in Result Audit Trail
NEW VERSION 12.6.0.0
New field, Update Source has been added to Result Audit Trail in the Results tab of 1.3 VET/HE Enrolment Details. The Update Source will display how the change is applied.

Time Format Option for Class Schedules Setup
NEW VERSION 12.6.0.0
New option, Show Times in AM/PM format in Class Schedule Setup has been added in Setup Configuration. When enabled, all times in Class Schedule Setup will be displayed in AM/PM format (e.g. 2:30 PM). If not enabled, times will continue to appear in 24-hour format (e.g. 14:30).
Class Schedule Validation for Language Class
NEW VERSION 12.6.0.0
New validation regarding Start and Finish Time has been added in Language Class Schedule set up. When users set up Language Class Schedule, the system will validate as the below:
The Finish Time cannot be set earlier than the Start Time
If the Finish Time is the same as the Start Time, the system will prompt users to confirm this before saving
Online Payments Feature in Classic & NextGen
VERSION 12.6.0.0
The Online Payments form in eBECAS/EDMISS Classic has been moved and upgraded in NextGen, External Payments, where it has been rebuilt with enhanced functionality, including payment reconciliation and a more seamless user experience.

Click-to-View Shortcuts to Student Profile Page in Teachers Portal
NEW TEACHERS PORTAL
In the Teacher Portal, handy click-to-view shortcuts are added for teachers better experience in the Class Absence and Results pages.
Student Profile Picture: Open a new tab and redirect to student details page.
Special Support Badge: Open a new tab and redirect to student special support page.
Message Icon: Open a new tab and redirect to student message page. This is only available if messaging in portals is enabled.
Deprecation of Wholesale SMS Service
VERSION 12.6.0.0
Sinch, the provider behind Wholesale SMS, has announced that the WholesaleSMS API will be permanently shut down on 30 September 2025. Technical support for the API will cease in the months leading up to this date.
