Study Tour Offer Instalments / Payment Plans

Instalments allow the total amount of a Study Tour Offer Item to be divided into multiple payments, each with its own amount, due date, and payer.

Study Tour Offer Instalments use the same payment plan features and follow the same processes as instalments for standard offers.

Managing Study Tour Offer Instalments

Permissions Required

Study Tours > View Study Tours
Offers > View Offers
Offers > Edit Offers

To view or manage instalments:

Open the relevant Study Tour Offer.
Go to the Instalments tab.

From this tab, you can view, create, edit, generate, and regenerate payment plans for the Offer Items.

Once the Study Tour Offer is accepted, the instalments generate invoices for the corresponding enrolments and can no longer be modified from the offer.
