📆 Scheduled Payments
Export Available Payments to Schedule
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
You can now export the list of payments available to schedule, making it easier to review, share and action payment information.
For example, you can send the exported list to an agent so they can clearly identify which payments are ready to be scheduled and which commissions are ready for invoicing.
New Credit Type Field in Payable Fees Search
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
The Credit Type field is now available in the Payable Fees Search when scheduling Agent Commission payments. It identifies whether the payment originated from a Receipt or Fees Transfer, providing clearer visibility into the source of each payment.
If the column is not displayed by default, you can add it using the Column Chooser.
Stay on Page After Creating a Scheduled Payment
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
A new Stay on this page option lets you remain on the Create Scheduled Payments page after scheduling a payment, making it faster to create multiple Scheduled Payments without returning to the page each time.
Your selection is remembered and automatically applied the next time you return.

💳 External Payments
New Settlement Date and Net Amount Flag Fields
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
Two new fields are now available in the External Payments object, providing more accurate payment information for reconciliation. Both fields are available in the External Payments Search Grid and on the Details page.
-
Settlement Date
Records the date the payment was settled, separately from the Transaction Date. This is useful when a payment is settled on a different date from when the transaction occurred. -
Net Amount Flag
Identifies whether a payment is Net (excludes Agent Commission) or Gross (includes Agent Commission). This distinction ensures payments are reconciled correctly, as Net payments do not allocate funds to the Agent Fee.
Settlement Date and Net Amount Flag Available in Payments Import
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
When importing External Payments, you can now map the new Settlement Date and Net Amount Flag fields directly from your source file.
-
Settlement Date
Map a separate settlement date column, or use the same column as the Transaction Date when both dates are the same. This ensures the Settlement Date accurately reflects when the payment was settled. -
Net Amount Flag
To import a payment as Net, map a source column containingy,Y, or1. If the field is not mapped, it is empty or contains any other value, the payment will be imported as Gross.
Skip Agent Commission Allocation for Net Payments
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
When an External Payment is marked as Net, the automated reconciliation process will not allocate funds to Agent Fee items. These Agent Fee items will remain outstanding, as a Credit Agent Fee is not created automatically.
For manual reconciliation, Agent Fee items will not be preselected for Net Payments, but they can still be selected and adjusted manually if required.
Automatic Column Mapping During Import
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
External Payments import now automatically maps columns when the headers in the source file match the corresponding field names, reducing manual selection and making the import process faster.
Net or Gross Payment Badge in Manual Reconciliation
NEW NEXTGEN ONLY
When manually reconciling an External Payment, a new badge in the reconciliation wizard clearly identifies whether the payment is Net or Gross, making the payment type easy to see during reconciliation.

This is particularly useful for document workflows that require input or follow-up from multiple team members, keeping the communication and document together in one place.
