Study Tour Enrolment Logs

For auditing purposes, the Study Tour Enrolment Logs record and display events related to updates on the enrolments.

They display the same information and follow the same process as logs for student enrolments: Enrolment Logs.

Events Recorded

The events recorded on the Study Tour Enrolments logs are:

  • Initial study tour enrolment creation.

  • Study Tour Enrolment extensions and shortenings.

  • Changes to the study tour enrolment start date.

  • Study Tour Enrolment Cancellation and Reinstation.

Updates made to individual student enrolments are not displayed here. To view these changes, access the Enrolment Logs for the relevant student enrolment.

Viewing Study Tour Enrolment Logs

Permissions Required

  • Study Tours > View Study Tours

  • Enrolments > View Enrolments

To view the Study Tour Enrolment Logs:

  1. Open the relevant Study Tour Enrolment.

  2. Click the dropdown menu at the top right and select Enrolment Logs.
