Enrolment Holidays when Changing Enrolment Start/End Date
VERSION 11.6.1.6 NEW FEATURE
When the Start or End Date of an Enrolment is changed, Enrolment holidays will be removed if they fall outside the new enrolment period. Previously, holidays were not automatically removed which can cause issues in the enrolment status and classing.
If there are Enrolment Holidays outside the updated Enrolment Period, a warning message will be displayed to the user, indicating that the Enrolment Holidays will be deleted.
The user can then either click OK to remove the Enrolment Holidays and proceed to update the Enrolment Period, or click Cancel to abort the operation.
Enrolment Bookmarks Update
VERSION 11.6.1.5 NEW FEATURE
New Bookmarks are added on Enrolments
O_ST_DATE (with variations) : captures the offer item start date.
O_END_DATE (with variations) : captures the offer item end date.
Additionally, the following bookmarks have been updated:
ST_DATE (with variations) : report the enrolment start date.
END_DATE (with variations) : report the enrolment end date.
Under 18 Years Label in 1.3 Enrolment Details
VERSION 11.6.1.5 NEW FEATURE
Under 18 Years Label is added in the top of 1.3 Enrolment Details window. This label will only be displayed if the student of the enrolment is under 18 years old.
Excel Merge Added in Student tab of 18.2 Pathway College Setup
VERSION 11.6.1.6 NEW FEATURE
Excel Merge option is added in Student tab of 18.2 Pathway College Setup. This button will export the current data displayed in the data grid.
Course Rate Column Added to the Enrolments Search 1.4
VERSION 11.6.1.7 NEW FEATURE
A new column, Course Billing Rate, has been added to the data grid of 1.4 Enrolment Search.
This column will display the course rate selected on the related course offer item (if any).
Canvas Integration Updates
Date Range Setting for Sync Canvas Results/Submissions
VERSION 11.6.1.3 NEW FEATURE CANVAS INTEGRATION
New Canvas Sync setting is added in Setup Configuration > Canvas LMS Integration.
This setting allows users to control how many days back to check and synchronize classes on Sync Canvas Results/Submissions.
Sync Canvas Results/Submissions Buttons Added in 4.0 VET & HE Classes
VERSION 11.6.1.3 NEW FEATURE CANVAS INTEGRATION
Sync Canvas Results/Submissions buttons have been added to the 4.0 VET & HE Classes. This buttons enable users to synchronize results/submissions for bulk classes.
Note that users will require a permission to access this option:
Classes > Academic > Search > Class > Results > Sync Canvas Results
Classes > Academic > Search > Class > Results > Sync Canvas Submissions
Map Canvas Results Button Added in 4.0 VET & HE Classes
VERSION 11.6.1.4 NEW FEATURE CANVAS INTEGRATION
Map Canvas Results button has been added to the 4.0 VET & HE Classes. This buttons enable users to map Canvas results/submissions to eBECAS/EDMISS for bulk classes.
Note that users will require a permission to access this option:
Classes > Academic > Search > Class > Results > Update Canvas Results
Sync Canvas Submissions Button Added in 1.8 VET & HE Results
VERSION 11.6.1.6 NEW FEATURE CANVAS INTEGRATION
Sync Canvas Submissions button has been added to the 1.8 VET & HE Results. This button enable users to synchronize submissions for bulk results.
Note that users will require a permission to access this option:
Enrolment > VET & HE Results > Sync Canvas Results
Location Filter in Insurance Search
VERSION 11.6.1.3 BUG FIX
The issue that the location filter in Insurance Search filter for enrolments in the specified location including when searching by Insurance dates, is addressed.
When Insurance Search options are selected, the location filter will be applied to filter records based on the product/faculty location for insurance.
Course Rates Selected on 1.62 Offer Item
VERSION 11.6.1.7 BUG FIX
The issue where the selected course rate for the an offer item was not displaying after saving the item has been fixed.
Note that this update applies from newly added course items in offers that have not yet been accepted.
