Insurance records for an individual student can be easily managed from the student profile page.
The Insurance functionality is provided by the Equator Insurance Services App. If you do not see the details explained in this article, contact your system administrator to make sure the App is installed.
View Student Insurance Records
The Insurance tab is only available for students of type ‘Overseas’.

Go to the profile page of the student of interest.

Click on the Insurance tab.

You will see the insurance records on the grid. For details about available buttons, refer to this article: Data Grids | Single Grid Composition.
Create a Student Insurance Record

From the Insurance tab of the student, click on the Create ➕ icon on the top right of the grid. A pop-up window will display.

Enter the student’s insurance record details.

Optional Select the student’s invoice that the insurance record is associated with.

Click Save to finish.
Update a Student Insurance Record

From the Insurance tab, select the insurance entry you’d like to update, then click the Edit button in the Grid Action panel, or simply double-click the row. A pop-up window will appear with the insurance details, along with the associated invoice for the selected record.

Update the insurance details as required.
When an Insurance Record is linked to an invoice, changing the insurance dates will ask you whether you want to replace the current description with the updated details.
If you choose Yes, the system will automatically update the Insurance item description format configured in Offer Items Naming Settings.

Click Save to finish.
Delete Student Insurance Records

Go to the profile page of the student of interest, then navigate to the Insurance tab.

Select the entry(s) of the interest, then click on Delete button on the grid.
